This immersive workshop explores the profound connection between somatic awareness and the natural environment, emphasizing the therapeutic potential of mindful movement and sensory awareness techniques. Participants will engage in activities that foster a deeper connection to both their inner selves and nature, enhancing their sense of presence,?awe and wonder, highlighting nature's healing potential through connectedness to our bodies.

Who are the facilitators?
This workshop will be facilitated by ?ivil? Virkutyte and Gabriel? Sabunaite, who have extensive and interdisciplinary experience and expertise in trauma-informed somatic therapies.
Zivile Virkutyte is a trauma-informed Somatic Therapist with certifications in IBMT, BMC, DAM, with a focus on therapeutic aspects of nature,?and the biology of complex trauma. She?is also a qualified Yoga teacher?and practitioner (RYT 300) specialising in Ashtanga yoga and therapeutic yoga. ?ivil? facilitates various somatic, yoga, dance workshops and retreats across UK, Norway, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden and France. As a co-founder of LESS STRESS, she is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for healing. Her life-long expertise in psychology, mysticism, personal trauma healing guides individuals towards interdisciplinary well-being and more integral life.
With a master’s degree in Leadership for Sustainable Development and a Bachelors in Business Management and Administration, Gabriel? Sabunaite has spent over 12 years working on international projects at organizations such as Amnesty International, OXFAM, The ASHA Foundation, and the NIS Foundation, where she has served as a project manager, consultant, and? advisor, applying her skills to important issues such as mental health, peace building, design thinking and sustainability. To further her expertise, Gabriel? has certified as coach and been studying under world-renowned trauma and socio-psychological experts such as Thomas Hubl, Gabor Mate, Rupert Spira, Sarah Pyethon, and B?rbel Rott since 2016.
