Negotiations with Elsevier, Wiley, and Taylor & Francis are delayed Dec. 18, 2024 1:41 PM
The Publish and Read Agreements that the University of Oslo (UiO) has with major academic publishers are set to expire at the end of the year. Negotiations on new agreements are ongoing, but no agreement has been reached as of 18 December. The overall cost remains a significant challenge.
