Courses in fire safety at the University of Oslo

The Unit for HSE and Emergency Preparedness organises courses in fire safety for floor supervisors, safety representatives and managers. The courses are a supplement to the basic procedure for fire prevention training, and focuses on regulations, technical fire prevention measures, UiO's management system and theory of fire. Local courses can be held on demand, if capacity permits, and the course can be held in English upon request.

UiO's Estate Department has a framework agreement with external companies that offer courses and extinguishing services. The agreement can be used by anyone and tailored to needs, degree of risk and activities. The expence is covered by the unit that orders the course.
