As an early stage researcher, you are an important part of the UiO community and play a key role in the future of research and academic development, both in Norway and internationally. UiO wants to provide you with the best possible conditions for a strong career, whether you plan to stay in academia or explore other options.
UiO’s standards for career support was adopted by the University Board in 2020. The standard defines which support measures you as a researcher at UiO should have access to.
