Step 1: Submit the Self Declaration: Health, safety and environment

Before you are granted access to the IBV areas, this form has to be filled out and submitted. If you have not submitted the form prior to arrival, please do so on your first day. You are expected to familiarize yourself with the department's procedures for health, safety and environment topics (see links in the online form).

At that page you will find general information tailored for you as a short term guest at the Department of Biosciences. Among other topics, that page contains important safety information on asbestos in the walls and heavy metals in some old laboratory faucets – hence it is mandatory to read all the provided information.
