Allocation criteria

  1. New renters will take priority over those who have stayed before.
    Has the peak season applicant previously rented during the peak season (June-August period)?
  2. Total length of service at the University of Oslo.
  3. In the event of a conflict in schedules between otherwise equal applicants, we will consider the extent to which the applicants will fully utilise the capacity of the cabins.
    - weekly rentals will take priority over weekend rentals
    - many beds in use will take priority over few beds in use
  4. All applicants’ primary and secondary requests with regard to rental dates for the cabins will also be considered when we are allocating stays. Applicants should therefore enter up to eight possible sets of dates.
  5. Private use/holiday stays will be prioritised during the peak season.
  6. Retirees may be allocated stays outside of the school holidays.
