If you cannot attend work due to own or your child's illness, you must notify your immediate superior immediately.
Leave of absence

Holiday
Employees have the right and obligation to take holidays. The right to take holidays is an independent right. The obligation is restricted to your holiday pay earned, either with UiO or with a former employer.
Senior days
When you turn 62, you receive 12 extra days off with pay. Senior days are not holidays and cannot be transferred between years.
