Rounding off and evaluation

It is natural to evaluate the onboarding process in the last onboarding dialogue. Onboarding interviews are replaced by ordinary one-to-one work dialogue.

Evaluation

The purpose of the evaluation is:

  • to get feedback from new employees about how the onboarding process has worked and to get input for improvements
  • to find out the reasons for any unwanted turnover
