- Advice and process support to project managers and project owners, individually or together
- Guidance in the use of project templates and tools in the framework
- Brainstorming about specific issues in the planning or implementation of a project

- Support for the planning and preparation of workshops in the concept phase or project period
- Implementation of defined workshops (e.g. project work, start-up and planning, benefit plan)
- Shorter briefings on or crash courses in specific topics
