Superusers

If you have questions about the Purchase Management System, you should send an e-mail to the superuser in your department (in Norwegian).

Superusers should be able to assist with user-related questions.

In order for the superuser to be able to provide the best possible help, it is important that you send a detailed description of your issue. State your cost centre, the time when the issue occured, a screen shot of the error message, supplier name, etc.

Second-line support

If the superuser cannot help, he or she should send an e-mail to the Procurement Office: e-handel@admin.uio.no.

Third-line support

IT Applications Management Office is the third line of support. They administer and maintain the system, with user rights, supplier registration etc.

Only the Procurement Office can contact IT Applications Management Office.
