Incoming internship students to UiO
Students may come through Erasmus+ to UiO to do a traineeship. The student, or the the international office at the student's home university, must contact their partner department at UiO about the traineeship well in advance of the planned exchange. If the department has a traineeship vacant and agrees to host the student, an individual work plan (Learning Agreement for traineeship) must be made for the stay:
The document must be filled in and signed locally at the unit which will host the student.
Erasmus+ traineeship/internship students may be registered as incoming students at UiO.
Students who are not nominated online for exchange by their home university must be registered in the student database (FS) by host department, preferably before the deadline for applications: 1 May / 15 October. To be registered, the students or the staff in charge of the internship must contact the student administration at the host department.
