Lecturer's round in Zoom
Lecturer's round for the 24-hour or less home exam should be conducted in Zoom one hour after the start of the exam. You must set up a meeting in Zoom that is available to all candidates. You receive one candidate at a time using the meeting room function in Zoom.
For large courses, you can set up more than one Zoom-meeting (with different teachers in each meeting). Distribute the student mass to the different Zoom-meetings using their candidate numbers ("15001–15100=Zoom meeting 1". "15101–15200)=Zoom meting 2" etc.)
The link to the Zoom-meeting(s) must be posted on the course semester page.
NB: You must also be available by e-mail and telephone during the exam time (during office hours).
Lecturer's round using e-mail
You can also conduct a lecturer's round by e-mail. This is more fitting for home exams lasting several days. You should post the times when you are actively answering e-mails during the exam on the course semester page. NB: You must also be available by telephone during the exam time (during office hours).
Important messages
Important messages to all students (eg clarification of ambiguities in the exam text) should be posted on the semester page. If your course uses Canvas, you can post messages during the exam in Canvas instead. If so, you must post a text on your semester page stating that messages during the exam will be given in Canvas. Most home exams are 4 hours long, so it is important to post such messages quickly.
Other information
It is the subject teacher's responsibility to answer questions during the exam in lecturer's rounds. This is not a group teacher responsibility.
