For employees covered by these negotiations (Akademikerne, Unio, and non-unionised employees), a general percentage salary increase of 2.1 percent has been agreed upon.
The increases will take effect according to the following dates:
- 1 May for non-unionised employees
- 2 June for Akademikerne
- 5 June for Unio
Employees who have obtained individual salary increases will receive an email with information regarding this.
The back payments will be made as soon as practically possible, no later than the salary payment in April.
