UiB and UiO have worked together to procure a new case management and archival system to replace Elements (formerly ePhorte). The university directors at the two institutions have now selected a supplier. The chosen case management system is WebSak+ from ACOS. Both institutions have also decided to acquire the form management system Interact+ from ACOS.
Many people from Bergen and Oslo have been involved in the procurement process, bringing expertise in case management, records management, and IT. They are confident that these systems will, in the long term, offer us the best opportunities to automate workflows and thereby simplify our everyday work.
Implementation is planned for spring 2026. We will provide more information after the summer. At that time, we will visit departments across the organization to demonstrate the system’s functionality and outline the implementation plan. Together with the supplier, we will ensure that all employees receive thorough training.
