In addition, individual negotiations will take place in January and February according to the remaining portion of the budget, and in agreement with the parties.
The deadline to complete the local salary negotiations is set for 15 February 2025.
Salary negotiations for Akademikerne/Unio
UiO, together with the parties involved, has signed a protocol related to the salary negotiations for 2024 under the Akademikerne/Unio agreement. The parties agreed that the general percentage increase will be 2.1%.
