Ever since the 200th birthday of the University of Oslo (UiO) and the Faculty’s 150th birthday in 2011 we have held an annual event where we aim to gather as many employees from the Faculty, the Science Library and the Natural History Museum (NHM) as we can.
The doors to this year’s REAL MORO will open on Friday October 19th at 4.30 pm in Sophus Lies auditorium. I hope many of you have the opportunity to attend. Parts of the program will be in English.
Even though REAL MORO is an informal and hopefully a fun event, it is also a great opportunity to network and get to know colleagues from different departments and units. We are also looking forward to seeing employees from the Science Library and NHM joining us as they are important members of the science and technology family at UiO. This year it is rumored that we will see various versions of work life at the Faculty in the form of music videos.
I’m looking forward to seeing you at REAL MORO and will try to make the best of the five minutes I’ve been assigned in the program in Sophus Lies auditorium. The fact that the strategy process at the Faculty will be on my agenda is fairly obvious, but maybe, hopefully, seen through humorous glasses.
