Menu
- Arrival: Cremant with canapé as aperitif
- First dish: Salad with duck chest meat, croutons, cherry tomatoes, etc. (vegetarians: special made vegetarian salad)
- Main dish: ‘Boeuf Bourguignon’ with side dishes (vegetarians: 'Tajine of tofu') + 1 glass of red wine
- Dessert: 2 petits fours (mini cakes)
- Coffee/tea
Alcohol
ARENA covers alcohol at the reception, in addition to the glasses of cremant and red wine at the restaurant. Due to the university spending regulations, additional alcohol has to be on one’s own expense.
