UiO-Nettskjema
PSI recommends UiO-Nettskjema for online data collection.
Other solutions can be used, but unless the data collection is fully anonymous, a strict security and data protection assessment of the service must be performed.
UiO-Nettskjema is approved for 'special categories of personal data', and holds functionality for collecting electronic consent and to record sound through its dictaphone-app and video with the viso-app.
Recording of online/telephone interviews
- Sound from (online) calls or Zoom-interviews can be recorded in the dictaphone-app.
- Zoom interviews can be recorded on UiO-installed computers when data is saved to a sufficiently safe location in line with the 'Zoom for Red Data Procedure'
- Audio/video can be directly recorded to TSD [TSD-media capture app].
