Forwarding to a new form based on single choice in Nettskjema

This is how you set up a single choice question for forwarding to a new form:

Go to Form builder tab:

• Click on Settings at the top of a single choice question, and choose that this should be used for Forwarding to another form.
• The single choice question will then get a new field where you can enter the Form-ID to which the user should be forwarded to after submitting their answer. Remember to include the question Reference-ID in the form to which the user is being forwarded to if you want it to be possible to link the responses from the two forms.

• If the option is disabled, you need to remove all the Form IDs in the Forwarding to other forms setting, in the Settings tab. You may choose EITHER forwarding through single choice question OR forwarding to other forms in the setting tab.
