How to document tuition fees

In addition to documenting living expenses, some students must document having paid tuition fees.

Tuition fees for exchange students from partner universities, NORPART, NORHED, NORSTIP, Fulbright and StAR students

When asked "How much will you pay in tuition fees per semester?", fill in 0, as there are no tuition fees at the University of Oslo for exchange students from partner universities, NORPART, NORHED, NORSTIP, Fulbright and StAR students.

Exchange students from partner universities, NORPART, NORHED, Fulbright and StAR students do not need to further document that they are exempt from the tuition fees.

Tuition fees for full degree students

Students with citizenship from countries outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland must pay tuition fees, unless they qualify for an exemption. Please refer to our web page for further information about tuition fees.

For applicants who receive an offer of admission, the precise amount of the tuition fee for your study programme will be stated in the admission letter.
