About the course:
Through the program, participants learn how to support collaboration between disciplines and integrate various perspectives to find solutions.
- What: Pedagogical training enabling participants to work with and facilitate interdisciplinary student groups.
- How: Learn methods for facilitating interdisciplinary processes, gain insight into common challenges in interdisciplinary collaboration, and acquire knowledge on establishing a learning environment that fosters interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Why: Support interdisciplinary initiatives, disseminate knowledge about interdisciplinary competence, and establish a research-based interdisciplinary practice.
