About the program
What: Pedagogical training aimed at enabling participants to work with and facilitate interdisciplinary student groups.
How: Learn methods to facilitate interdisciplinary processes, become familiar with common challenges in interdisciplinary collaborations, and gain knowledge on how to establish a learning environment that supports interdisciplinary collaboration.
Why: Support interdisciplinary initiatives, disseminate knowledge on interdisciplinary competencies, and establish a research-based interdisciplinary practice.
What will you learn?
After completing this program, you will be able to:
- Identify the facilitator's role in interdisciplinary teaching activities
- Apply a selection of theories and research on interdisciplinary teaching and learning to your own practice
- Facilitate a supportive learning environment for students in interdisciplinary courses
- Document and reflect on your own development as a facilitator
