Regarding cooperation on assignment 4 & 5

We have been asked a question regarding Assignments 4 and 5 for students collaborating on their Master¡¯s thesis.

As both the assignments and the oral exam are individual, we expect all students to submit an independent piece of work even if they collaborate with someone else on the Master's thesis and write it together. We understand that some research proposals may have much of the same content and we encourage discussions with each other, but it is not okay to submit two documents with the exact same content. 

A proposal to make the best possible use of the workforce could be to write two different versions of the research proposal with slightly different approaches (methodologies and methods). Then you will gain deeper insight into the curriculum and explore an extra opportunity for where you want to go with the master's thesis.
