Changes to the lecture plan:

1) It appears to me that the book references in the old lecture plan were from the previous edition of the English books. I will not update now; consult the reading list.

2) The rest of the lectures:

- Nov. 16: Remaining part of Taylor's formula. Homogeneous and homothetic functions
- Nov. 17: Elasticities: Elasticity of substitution. Finding elasticities of implicit functions.

- Nov. 23: If necessary, leftovers from Nov. 17. Review (might only be one hour).

Anyone who has an exam on Nov. 23, can have the "leftovers" (if any) taught on a later occation (hope my office is large enough).

- Nov. 30: Review, to the extent requested.
