    Seven researchers from the University of Oslo (UiO) have been awarded Starting Grants from the European Research Council. These funds are given to researchers early in their career, with highly ambitious research projects that promise to make a significant impact.

  • Anders Jahre Award for Medical Research given to cancer researchers Aug. 15, 2024 10:00 AM

    Anders Jahre Award for Medical Research 2024 is given to Professor Lauri Aaltonen, University of Helsinki, and Professor Thomas Helleday, Karolinska Institutet. The Anders Jahre Award for Young Researchers goes to Associate Professor Nicolai Albrechtsen and Associate Professor Nicholas Taylor, both University of Copenhagen.
