- Administration of Department of Musicology (uio.no)
- ZEB building (uio.no), Blindern campus, University of Oslo
Tasks to be performed
- Administrative support for the study advisors, including organizing semester start events and other student events, booking rooms, purchases, archiving.
- Support with infrastructure, including help with technical equipment for teaching, maintenance of instruments and rehearsal rooms.
- Support ongoing relocation of meeting rooms, including planning the process, contact with the University’s Facility Service and IT department, moving furniture and more.
- The tasks can be adjusted according to competence and interest, and other tasks can be added.
Required qualifications and skills (including language skills)
- Minimum BA degree or equivalent
- Interest in administration of education and research
- Good oral and written communications skills in English
- Personal suitability
Time period
- Flexible between 3 to 6 months
- Available from February 2024
