This webinar will explore how artificial intelligence (AI) could transform political systems while posing significant risks. Generative AI is expected to enhance democratic engagement by simplifying bureaucratic processes and helping citizens communicate with elected officials, fostering greater participation. Governments may also leverage AI for data-driven insights, addressing societal challenges more efficiently. However, the webinar will also address the risks of AI-generated disinformation, which could undermine trust, accountability, and representation.
