World Mental Health Week
We want to mark our commitment to the World Mental Health Day 2024 with several activities from 8 to 18 October.
Theme 2024: We need to talk more. #give8minutes
This year's campaign encourages setting aside 8 minutes to call someone you care about – every day. This is part of a joint effort against loneliness and exclusion.
From 10–18 October, you will find events and stands at UiO that focus on mental health. The events are for all students, employees, and other interested parties. Meet us at stands around campus or participate in lectures and panel discussions.
The final program for the week will be announced later.
