Mentoring programme for female postdocs
The programme aims at improving the awareness of gender and recruiting and increasing the proportion of women in academic top positions. Are you a female postdoc who wishes to advance in your researcher career? Or do you have an academic top position and wish to contribute to the growth of younger colleagues?
Promotion seminar for female associate professors
Every spring, a seminar with presentations from female professors and representatives from the University management and faculty level is offered. The seminar suits best for those who are beginning to think about the process of promotion to professor. You'll also receive specific advice on existing requirements when applying for competence promotion to professor.
The next seminar will be offered spring 2024. The seminar is held in Norwegian.
Qualifying grant for female associate professors
Apply for grant funding for more time to qualify for promotion to a position as a professor!
The amount is NOK 100.000 per grant and can be used to buy time off from teaching and administrative responsibilities. Important allocation criteria are the thematic priorities at your faculty and the evaluation of how much time you need to reach professor competence.
