- Project leadership and management, process facilitation
- Administration of The UiO Project Management Framework
- Training, coaching and facilitation for project managers, project owners, steering groups and project teams
- Facilitating other forms of individual and organizational change
- Works part time for UiO and part time in private practice
Background and competencies
Gestalt Therapist MNGF, coach and facilitator in private practice. Poet, singer-songwriter and performance artist. Social anthropologist with a cand. polit. degree from the University of Oslo and The University of Washington. Other subjects in my degree include gender studies, philosophy, history of ideas, studies of new media and communications. I have worked for the University of Oslo in a variety of projects, roles, departments and percentages since 1997.
