- Inactive projects do not appear in the project list where you can/must select a project. For example, during booking, service orders, etc.
- Projects in Draft status are inactive. On the Projects page, the default filter Active: Yes is enabled. When you want to find projects in draft, you must remove this filter.
- It is still possible to create or send an invoice that includes inactive projects.
- For projects that exist in Unit4, it is important to send an invoice before their end date in Unit4.
What happens when a project is inactive/deactivated
Inactive/deactivated projects cannot be used for booking eller bestilling. For projects that are registered in Unit4, it is important to invoice within their Unit4 end date.
