Why access to home or shared directories?
Access is useful if you only bring your mobile device to meetings, on travel etc. If you take photos or videos, these can be stored directly to UiO directories.
Install the Hub app to get access
Find the Hub icon 
on your phone or tablet, and open it. Locate the Content - Workspace One app and install it.
Open Content. You need to authenticate yourself the first time you use the app.
Syncronizing your folders may take some time.
How to use the application
Available storage is found under All files in Content. There are two categories:
- Corporate Content - directories shared by employee groups you are a member of.
- My Content - gives you access to your files in Microsoft (Office) 365 and your home directory.
- Tips: Add the most used folders to Favorites.
Security
For security reasons, you can't copy documents from your home directory to any other directory on your phone, or any file sharing apps.
New documents can be added to Content - Workspace One or your UiO Home Directory, copied from the phone's files directory, other file sharing apps, or email.
Get access to an UiO common or shared directory
You can easily get access to common directories through the Content app, but a setup must be done first.
