IT Help is the single point of contact for all IT support at UiO. All students and employees may contact us if they have questions or problems with IT services at UiO, regardless of faculty or unit.

  • At certain hours there may be many people calling, making waiting times longer. We therefore recommend that you start a chat or send us an email if you require help.
  • It is possible to make an apointment with one of our operators, meeting 3rd floor Kristen Nygaards hus (Gaustadalleen 23A) with apointment. The apointment will be booked in accordance with one of our operators.
  • We now offer Zoom sessions if you have IT problems not easily solved by other means. Read more about booking a session here.
