Invite additional participants to an existing meeting

This tutorial shows how you can add additional participants to an existing meeting in Evolution.

Sometimes you may want to invite more participants than the ones you originally invited when you created the meeting. To do this, first open the meeting from the calendar by double clicking it:


Search for the person you want to add in the Search field in your address book. Select the correct person from the serarch result under Contacts. Then click Add in the right category (usually Required Participants). So you can invite more people to the meeting:

You may also delete users and rooms directly from the To... field in order to remove invitees.
Remember to use the Save and Close to inform others of the changes.
