To more easily get an overview of e-mail in your inbox or other mailboxes (folders), only you use the message filter.
With the use of a message filter, you can choose to only show mail from one of your configured mail accounts, and whether to only display mail that is unread or flagged, or that is directly to you or where you are on cc:.
It is also possible to use message filters to show Only Mail with Attachments or Only from VIPs that you have set up.
