Invite to a meeting without getting a response back

If you invite to a general meeting or another meeting with many participants, it is not certain that you want a reply from everyone who is invited.

Click on New event.

A window for the summoning appears.

(Click on ... , choose Customize Toolbar and add Attende Options).

Under Attendee Options uncheck Request Responses. Those you invite will have the opportunity to enter the meeting into their calendar, but no response will be sent back to you. Now you don't have to get a lot of replies back, while everyone who accepts the meeting gets to add it to their calendar.
