Where do I find help?
The help feature in webmail is context sensitive, ie modifying the content after the task you are performing. Either way you'll always find the help function in the top right corner. The symbol looks like the question mark and opens a menu where you can choose Help.
In what languages ??can I get help?
You can get help in English, Norwegian and other languages?? depending on the language setup in OWA.
Context-sensitive Help
Which Help topics you see, change depending on which action you are performing OWA. For example, the help feature will offer you help with e-mail when in the context E-mail. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with this help functionality and try using it to learn more about OWA.
Outlook on the web
1. On top of OWA help you find buttons for navigating through help articles and a search function.
2. All topics are sorted in the four categories Mail, Calendar, Contacts and Tasks.
3. You find information about the Calendar module in OWA by clicking the expand button to the right.
4. In the screenshot above you see that help about Calendar is expanded.
