- Go to the self service portal (selfservice.educloud.no).
- Under Your Personal Data, click Password.
- Sign in with Educloud username, password, and OTP or with ID-porten.
- If you have forgotten your Educloud password, or if you cannot use ID-porten because you are a user from abroad, please contact the administrator of your Educloud project to send you an email to reset your password.
- Choose a password that meets the password strength requirements and re-enter it to confirm. Notice that you cannot reuse a password that you have used before.
- Finally, click Set password.
- Notice that your password will expire one year after being set. Please remember to set a new password in due time if you want to continue using Educloud.
