Change your password in Educloud Research

From the outside of research.educloud.no

If you don't want to or can't log in with your Educloud user. Note that here ID-porten is a requirement.

1. Please go to research.educloud.no
2. Select Forgot your password?
3. Log in through ID-porten
4. Fill in the fields to make a new password.

If you are not able to log in through ID-porten, please contact us

From within research.educloud.no

If you can log in, but still want to change your password.

1. Log in with you Educloud user via research.educloud.no/login
2. Click the hat to the right of you username displayed in the top right corner, and select Profile.
3. Go to the Change password tab, fill in the new password twice and confirm. Avoid using special characters such as ", / and \.
