Change your Educloud password

You can change your password through self service portal in Educloud.

If you don't have ID-porten and need to se a new password, please contact your project administrator.

Go to the self service portal (selfservice.educloud.no).
Under Your Personal Data, click Password.
Sign in with Educloud username, password, and OTP or with ID-porten.
- If you have forgotten your Educloud password, or if you cannot use ID-porten because you are a user from abroad, please contact the administrator of your Educloud project to send you an email to reset your password.
Choose a password that meets the password strength requirements and re-enter it to confirm. Notice that you cannot reuse a password that you have used before.
Finally, click Set password.
Notice that your password will expire one year after being set. Please remember to set a new password in due time if you want to continue using Educloud.
