One of the key features of Microsoft To Do is the ability to organize tasks in Lists.
To do has two types of lists:
- Auto-generated lists such as My day, Important, Scheduled, Assigned to me, etc.
- Custom lists, where you can efficiently group and categorize similar tasks together.
- The list functionality is something that makes it easier for you to manage and prioritize your workload.
How to create a new list
- A new list is simply created by clicking the New List button.
- Give the list a suitable name, and perhaps even an icon...
- Pick a color or photo for the background of the list.
