Under "Deck" in the top menu, you will find a service called "Boards", which allows for simple project management in the form of boards, with associated tasks and to-do lists.
Here, you can edit or create new boards and keep track of projects or tasks.
By clicking on the "Details" button on the top right, you can also share a board with others.
To create a new task within a column, click on the "+" symbol next to the desired column. For a given task, you can change the settings by clicking on the three dots. For example, you can assign a task to one of the people associated with a board.
If you select "Card details", you can also enter more information about a particular task, and set a deadline for when the task should be completed.
If you set a deadline, it will also appear in your Educloud share calendar (see separate guide).
All tasks entered in boards will also be able to be viewed as a list under "Tasks". You can find this by navigating to "Tasks" in the top menu of Educloud share.
