On 7 December, the IT service at UiO will activate a new e-mail and calendar setup for all iPhones and iPads owned and managed by UiO.
When the device you use receives the new e-mail and calendar setup, you will be asked to enter your UiO password again. Then click on Edit settings.
In the Mail settings, you will be asked to re-enter your UiO password.
The window for UHAD will appear, for you to enter the password again.
Verify your sign in with number matching in Microsoft Authenticator, or with a six digit code if you are using a different two-factor authentication method.
