The certificate has six study places available for each of the following universities:

Application procedure for master students enrolled at University of Oslo and University of Agder

Students from University of Oslo and University of Agder must apply in the application portal S?knadsweb.
Application procedure for master students enrolled at Belgrade University, University of Perugia and Universite Paris Cité:

Students from University of Belgrade, University of Perugia and Universite Paris Cité must apply in the online form.
Available places
Admission requirements
Enrolment in a master's programme at one of the following universities:
- University of Belgrade
- University of Perugia
- Universite Paris Cité
- University of Agder
- University of Oslo
Students who plan to start a one-year master’s program in the autumn semester 2025 at one of the partner universities are also welcome to apply. These students will be given a conditional offer until they officially are enrolled in a master’s programme at one of the partner universities. Please state clearly in your application which one-year master's programme you are planning to apply for.
Documentation
All documentation must be submitted within the application deadline.
Document requirements:
- Official proof of enrolment in a master's programme at one of the participating universities.

Ranking of applicants
The certificate has six study places available for each of the participating universities. In case of more than six eligible applicants, all applicants will be pooled together and chosen at random to ensure that all eligible candidates have an equal opportunity to participate.
