Please note that there will be a common welcome meeting (mandatory) for all BA and MA students at the Institute of Health and Society. We are looking forward to meeting you all!

We encourage you to use the first week as an opportunity to become better acquainted with fellow students, the campus, and to sort out practical matters of your student life.

12:15- 12:30 Welcome by Eli Feiring, Vice-Dean for Bachelor's and Master's Degree Programmes

12:30 - 13:00 Where can you get assistance? How does our student democracy work? Information on the Student Info Centre (med-studieinfo), Jobs and Career, the Ombud for Students, the Student Parliament, and the Health Faculty Union HFU

13:00 - 13:15 Coffee and Light Snacks

13:15 - 14:00 Separate meetings for sub-groups of students

We encourage you to travel together to the Welcome Ceremony once the meeting is over!
