Learning agreement for Erasmus+

At the University of Oslo the faculties handle and sign the Erasmus+ Learning Agreement.

Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for studies

The University of Oslo uses the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) for studies.

The OLA must be approved by the faculty in charge of your exchange. It is important that you enter the correct information for responsible faculty and contact point (email address). See website for Contact information in Learning Agreement

For questions regarding courses or the LA/OLA, please contact the faculty in charge of your exchange.

Please note:

  • The International Student Reception (Knutepunktet) and the Educational Quality Office (UiO:Exchange) do not approve or sign Learning Agreements. Do not enter staff or email addresses for these offices as responsible person/unit in the LA/OLA.
  • Most faculties sign the Learning Agreement when the course registration has been completed. Agreements which are signed before the student has registered for courses must be considered as preliminary as they may be subject to change (in many cases students register for other courses than the courses listed in the agreement).

Online Learning Agreement (OLA) or Learning Agreement on paper?

Until further notice it is also possible to use the paper agreement (LA).You may use the document from your home university, or the UiO version:

Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for traineeship/internship students

Erasmus+ students coming to the University of Oslo on a traineeship/internship must make an individual work plan (Learning Agreement for traineeship) for the stay:

The Learning Agreement for traineeships must be signed by the responsible person at the student's UiO host department. Students who are not nominated online by their university in UiO's nomination service must contact the administration at their host department to be registered as incoming Erasmus+ students at UiO.
