Leave of absence
If you are on leave from your study program, you are not required to pay the semester fee or register for the semester during the leave period.
If you are active at other study programmes or take individual courses, you should still pay the semester fee and register for the semester.
Students on parental leave may choose to pay the semester fee and register for the semester.
Part-time studies
The semester fee to the Student Welfare Organization in Oslo and Akershus (SiO) is the same for part-time and full-time programmes, also if you are individually admitted to part-time studies.
