In "Starter kit: Teaching as a PhD candidate", the participants will gain a understanding of the fundamental concepts of learning, along with valuable techniques and strategies for promoting active learning. Additionally, they'll have opportunities to enhance their pedagogical development and start building a teaching portfolio through the application of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) framework.
In this course, we're lucky to have with us several exceptional faculty staff members who will share their best practices.
The course is divided into three sessions, that are linked together.The course is designed as an interactive workshop that emphasizes active participation.
