Ibsen i Beirut

Kultrans-stipendiat Rana Issa ble i 2011 tildelt et Ibsen-stipend sammen med Ahmad Gossein og Helle Siljeholm. Prispengene har finansiert en teaterfestival i Beirut 3.-13. januar 2013: Orient the day

Under festivalen spilles to oppsetninger: Et dukkehjem og Kejser og galil?er.

Professorer og teaterpraktiserende fra Libanon, Tyrkia, Palestina og Egypt m?tes for ? diskutere Ibsen og hans relevans for dagens samfunn. Regiss?ren Kai Johnsen gir en workshop i dramaturgisk metode for samtidsteater.

Arrang?rene ?nsker ? skape en samlende plattform for 亚博娱乐官网_亚博pt手机客户端登录 mellom teater og akademia i Midt?sten og den arabiske regionen.

Where are today feminism?s achievements that Henrik Ibsen’s play Doll’s House contributed to realizing? How do youth living in societies that block the establishment of a more equal status for women deal with the issue of equality between the sexes?

 

Lucena, Obedience Training by Zoukak Theatre Company. Monnot Theatre.

This is a theatrical work that questions the authoritarian model that governs religion, society and theatre. The work summons Ibsen’s Emperor and Galilean.
