The examination results are now available in StudentWeb (under the menu item "Your status"). I recommend you to also read the description of UiO's grading system.

You can ask for an explanation of the grade which have been awarded, and you can appeal against your grade or any formal errors relating to the examination. Request for explanation of the grade must be sent to studentinfo@sum.uio.no no later than one week after the grades have been announced. Please read more on UiO's information website on explanation and appeals.

It turns out that Scott's article has been lost in the printing process, but it is still a part of the syllabus. I have uploaded it to Fronter, and you can also come by my office if you want a copy of it.

The Portfolio question will be uploaded to Fronter immediately after today's seminar.

When submitting papers and exams in Fronter it is important that you;

  • use your candidate number in the heading or in the header of the text. Your candidate number is available in Fronter (My active courses - SUM4200, and then you can see your candidate number in the "Exam registrations" box).
  • save it as an ordinary Word/text file using your candidate number as the file name (not with name or student number, and not as a PDF. This is to ensure students anonymity).
  • insert page numbers
  • familiarize yourself with the rules...
