For the obligatory essay: Your essay should have an argument. It should not be just a list of approaches with a summing up at the end. Also, you should follow standard forms of citation, putting quotation marks around direct quotes (and giving the source and page number) and also citing arguments which you have taken from a source (with the source and page number).
