Course content
The student reads literature that is selected in consultation with the supervisor.

Knowledge within an area that supplements the student's other studies and is not taught regularly.
Admission to the course
To be eligible for this course, you must be enrolled in one of the following master's programs:
The course is given as an agreement between the student and the department/supervisor where it is natural in the student's study plan.
To be registered for the course, students must apply in the form application for the course
Application deadlines for applying:
- autumn semester 15 August (response to application by 25 August)
- spring semester 15 January (response to application by 25 January)

Teaching
Regular meetings with your supervisor.
If you have completed and been approved for compulsory teaching, you are not entitled to new teaching. If you have been admitted to the course but have not completed or been approved for compulsory teaching, you are entitled to new teaching when there is free capacity.
Examination
Written term paper with not more than 10 pages (à 2300 characters no spaces).
Grading scale
The course uses a grading scale from A to F, where A is the best grade and F is failing. Read more about the grading scale.
